Our online buying process
In order to understand our purchasing process, that’s completely online, here is a list of simple steps to follow. A process that’s transparent and without pressure in 10 easy and efficient steps.
Before starting the process, make sure you have your driver's license and credit card on hand, in order to make the deposit.
- Begin by creating your user account. You simply need to complete your profile with your personal information.
- Then, please indicate if there is a vehicle exchange involved in the transaction.
- Select your preferred type of purchase: financing or cash.
- Once this step is complete, choose an additional protection for the vehicle. Added protection is up to you, but we invite you to read their contents carefully.
- Now it’s time to choose your delivery option: to your home or pick up at the dealership.
- You’re completely satisfied with your vehicle selection? It needs to be reserved! We therefore invite you to make a $100 deposit. In any case, this deposit is completely refundable. You can also decide to apply it to your purchase.
- It’s confirmed; the transaction has been completed with success! You will be able to access the detailed summary of your transaction via your customer account.
- Here are the next steps (once the online transaction has been completed):
- If you have a vehicle to exchange as part of the transaction, monitor your emails and quickly complete the evaluation form, in order to get the value of your exchange as soon as possible!
- An F&I advisor will communicate with you by telephone to finalize the financing request, if applicable, and to confirm the purchase.
- You’ll receive an email confirming the date of possession of your vehicle.
- Congratulations! You are the satisfied owner of a new vehicle bought entirely online!
